Rank and Structure

Recruit

This is were it all begins, as a recruit you have alot to prove. You must complete "ALL" training programs set out by the recruit staff and prove yourself worthy within the clan in order to advance to a member of 359 Assault Squadron. Training consists of relevant ingame skills and knowlege of how we operate aswell as learning our structure and showing dicipline. The training course MUST be completed within 31 days. Recruit Staff

Recruit Staff consist of Junior NCOs, Senior NCOs or Officers from each platform. There job is to train you to a high level of gameplay and give you the skills required to be a marine in 359. You will address them as "Staff" while you are a recruit. Recruit Staff members will wear the following insignia in there signatures...


Junior NCO

These are Private to Corporal ranks. There dutys inclued general soldiering and basic leadership is needed to advance through there ranks.

Senior NCO

These are Sergeant to Warrant Officer 1 ranks. There dutys are more advanced then that of junior NCOs, these are the people who lead the junior ranks. They have more responcibility with in the clan such as admin dutys and leadership roles.

Officers

Advancement to Officer does not necessarily involve going through the rank sructure you can infact apply once you have become a full member and depending on availability. You will be assessed on advanced natural leadership aswell as IQ and a few practical tests. This is basically a manager possition within the clan and such dutys will involve the progression and advancement of the clan in recruitment and rank.

Command HQ

Command HQ consists of Brigadier to General rank and is ran by the General of 359. This possiion involves officer recruitment and training aswell as day to day clan running. All decitions are made on a vote system unless the General of 359 chooses to advance a motion personally.

Squadrons

In 359 we will have many different squads, these squads are game and console split so for example if you are recruited via Call of Duty on the 360 you will be in the releven squad with other members from that genre. If you are in more then one genre you can join the other squads also, you are not restriced to one squad.

359 Tactical Air Squadron

This is a squad for members who have earned there wings within the clan, they can be from ANY game and have to complete a flying course. These members will have there wings displayed in there signatures...


Sniper

Snipers are expert marksman trained to aid movement of teams and recon further possitions, there trained in camoflage and tactical movement. here extra roles are too support pilots via laser target and ground recognition, they wear this badge in there sig...


Special Boat Service

This consists of 4 squadrons of "special forces". Provides small, highly trained and specially equipped units for observation, raiding, sabotage, infiltration and reconnaissance duties. There identity remains a secret within the clan and is known by its members and Command only. Joining would require proving yourself as a member and completing a strict training program then being asked via PM by a command member to join. Forum and ingame activity is a must!!!
